VANCOUVER HAIR ACADEMY @ space salon

Since 1998, our salon company has focused on developing our team from the ground up rather than hiring talent from other local salons. Our apprenticeship and training program has always been the backbone of our company's culture of sharing and mentorship, as well as client care. 

In 2011, we decided to turn our system of training into a full, government regulated academy. We called it the Vancouver Hairdressing Academy, and our students won Canadian Student Hairstylist of the Year for the first 2 years we entered the competition. 

Since then, the VHA has trained and empowered hundreds of new hairdressers to have an amazing life through hairdressing. Our program is 6 months long, 3 days a week, and is offered at both our Vancouver and South Surrey locations of Space Salon.
