your cut and styling session will be performed by a designer trained in our systems, and who understands (like all the best hairdressers do), that it's not what we cut off that's important, it's what we leave.

While we have many levels of experience and pricing, all of our designers are capable of achieving what you want.

Rising Star $35- $40

YOU start your caramel experience with a conversation, where your designer determines what you love about your hair and how you wish to improve it. Please do bring us pictures if you have some ideas. We also have hundreds of hair images to assist you if you aren't sure what you want. After agreeing on the direction to take your new look, you will put on a salon robe and start your chosen service.

If you are enjoying a cutting experience, you will be given a stress-relieving scalp massage using organic sweet almond oil.

You will then receive a long, deep and incredibly relaxing custom cleansing and conditioning. This service is best enjoyed with your eyes closed. Relax.

For those enjoying one of our technical or colour services, your stylist will mix up your custom formulation with a super gentle naturally derived hair colour. We use ammonia-free colour whenever possible, so ask your stylist if you are a condidate for our damage-free formulas without ammonia.

COLOUR

your colour service will be performed by a designer who understands that blondes like to be bright, brunettes like to be rich and that redheads are individual.

we do not offer perming services.

roots- (under 3/4 inch) from $60

STYLE

all finishing services are included in your cut or colour, though we may have an additional charge for excessively long or thick hair or if you'd like to have your hair put up or set in a specific way. add-on services like this range from $10-$25

blow-out- $30-$50

up-styling- $50-$80

bridal styling- upon consultation.

please note all brides must have a trial styling session. your day may be stressful enough without you not getting the hair you want.
